With the aim of connecting more Nuevo León with the United States, the governor of the state, Samuel García, promotes a hub in Monterrey for which Aeromexico and Viva Aerobus compete to lead it.

Last week, as revealed by REPORTUR.mx, Viva Aerobus announced routes to Denver, Austin, Orlando, Miami, San Francisco-Oakland and New York (Viva Aerobus boom to USA as Aeromexico opening 6 routes).

And now Aeromexico does the same with daily flights from January 2024 to Los Angeles, New York, Salt Lake City and Atlanta.

Aeromexico’s link with Delta will allow customers to travel beyond the United States and connect to multiple destinations in its global network in Canada, Europe and Asia-Pacific.

On behalf of Aeromexico, I want to extend our gratitude to the authorities of the Government of Nuevo León, the airport authorities and our valued strategic partners. Their support has been the driving force behind the successful opening of new routes. Together, we are building bridges to exciting destinations and a future full of opportunities. We will continue to work closely to go far,” said Jose Zapata, Aeromexico’s Vice President of Mexico Sales.
