In front of more than 120 tour operators, specialists, borrowers and the specialized press, the minister stressed that despite the Covid-19 pandemic they have not lost the certainty of better times and proven capacity for recovery and adaptation of tourism activity.
There are innumerable, he said, the actions to adapt to the new normal, among which they stressed that all tourism personnel are vaccinated and today a booster dose is applied.
It has been possible to reach this period of control of the pandemic thanks to the total dedication of Cuban scientists and doctors, to them once again our sincere gratitude, he said.
He pointed out that Cuba is ready to inaugurate new facilities and supervise the designs of national products.
Efforts have been made to improve the existing ones and review the design of the products, expanding the non-hotel offers and strengthening ties with cultural institutions to emphasize the attractions of Cuba.
