Filmmakers finished the documentary “Mijain”, on Cuban sports icon. The Cuban Institute of Cinematographic Art and Industry (ICAIC) announced on social media the end of the filming of the documentary “Mijain”, dedicated to five-time Cuban Olympic champion Mijain López.  According to the information, this exciting project is a co-production of ICAIC and D’Alma Film, with the support of the National Institute of Sports, Physical Education and Recreation (INDER) and Cuban Television. This documentary, whose official premiere will take place soon, promises to offer a deep and authentic look at the life and career of the legendary Mijain López, a true icon of Cuban sport and Greco-Roman wrestling worldwide. According to the file of the Enciclopedia Digital del Audiovisual Cubano, this production is directed by Rolando Almirante and photographed by Ángel Alderete.
