RD. The National Council of Private Enterprise (CONEP) announced today that more than a thousand businessmen from Ibero-America will meet in the Dominican Republic as part of the 28h Ibero-American Summit of Heads of State and Government.
In a press release, the president of the Council, Celso Marranzini, said that the meeting will take place on March 23 and 24, at the Sansouci Convention Center in this capital.
Marranzini added that the event will provide content with indisputable value to work for business innovation, competitiveness in global markets, economic growth and sustainable and equitable social development.
The topics to be addressed will be: Sustainability and climate action; infrastructure, energy and ecological transition; connectivity and digital transformation; gender equality, tourism and commitment to investment.
The Ibero-American General Secretariat, the Council of Ibero-American Businessmen and the country’s business organizations are the organizers of the conclave, which will conclude with a conversation of heads of state and government, the first public appearance of the heads of state and government.
