Spain’s hotel company Iberostar will receive on Saturday in Varadero a group of 150 German travel agents who will visit Cuba, interested in knowing the destination and sanitary measures applied.
A statement released in this capital by the company indicated that this group will arrive on the first flight of the Condor airline from Germany, after the reopening of the Varadero resort, 140 kilometers east of Havana.
According to the statement, the group begins its tour of the country with the reopening of six of the Iberostar hotels, in which 300 health security measures are implemented, under the program ‘How We Care’ to guarantee a protected environment against Covid-19.
This program guarantees safety, hygiene levels, social distancing and an innovative experience, the statement highlighted.
During their visit, the German travel agents will hold a working meeting with Cuban suppliers in Havana and a conference attended by executives from Condor and DER Touristik firm. (PL)
