Frontier Airlines has launched a limited-time promotion in which it is offering those aged 55 and up a 55 percent discount off the base fare to selected destinations.
Customers can use the promo code 55FOR55 on FlyFrontier.com to unlock 55 percent off base fares on many Frontier flights through February 2025.
You have to prove it, of course.
“The early bird gets the deals, and we’re offering customers 55 and up a new reason to get a head start on their winter travel plans with the extra savings they deserve,” said Tyri Squyres, vice president of marketing, Frontier Airlines. “With 55% off and a growing list of destinations across the United States and internationally, there are plenty of amazing places for the 55 and older crowd to choose from at even lower fares.”
The promo code applies to roundtrip base fares and must be applied directly by the customer while booking through the carrier’s website. Market exclusions and blackout dates apply.
This is part of sweeping changes that the airline is making. Frontier now offers UpFront Plus, a new upgraded seating option with extra leg and elbow room in the first two rows of the aircraft. Customers in UpFront Plus will enjoy a window or aisle seat with extra legroom and a guaranteed empty middle seat.
Elite status offers additional perks such as priority boarding, free seat selection, no change or cancel fees when changes are made seven days or more in advance of flight departure, and free bag at Gold, Diamond, and Platinum levels in its loyalty program.
