The Jamaica Food and Drink Festival, a highly anticipated event, is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, highlighting a decade of culinary excellence. The festival is scheduled for four days, from November 7 to 10, 2024, at Market Street.

Jamaica’s tourism officials announced on their official Facebook account, “Prepare your palate for an unforgettable journey at the Jamaica Food and Drink Festival, November 7-10, 2024!” Join us in honoring the rich heritage of Jamaican cuisine.

The festival provides an opportunity for food enthusiasts to engage with Jamaica’s vibrant culinary landscape through a four-day event that captivates the palate and stimulates all four senses.

Although specifics about the 2024 lineup have not yet been disclosed, attendees can look forward to thrilling announcements that will ensure an exceptional Jamaican culinary experience at the Jamaica Food and Drink Festival.

Visa International is the presenting sponsor of the Jamaica Food and Drink Festival. At the festival’s launch’s official press conference, Waldemar Cordero, the Marketing Senior Director for Visa in the Caribbean and Central America, conveyed his enthusiasm for this significant milestone.

The team expressed pride in being part of the journey over the past six years, emphasizing that this festival transcends food and celebrates Jamaica’s rich culture and remarkable talent.

He further emphasized that his team is committed to the values represented by this festival. They recognize it as an exceptional platform to highlight Jamaica’s culinary excellence, and his team aims to contribute to its elevation.

The earlier editions of this renowned Caribbean food festival showcased events that united culinary enthusiasts from around the globe to experience exquisite local and international dishes. The previous year’s festival highlighted the dynamic Meet Street, a lively marketplace featuring over 60 vendors providing diverse culinary options and local products.

This year, numerous local vendors will have the opportunity to present their products to hundreds and thousands of Jamaican families attending the four-day festival. (https://thecaribbeannewsnow.com/a-decade-of-culinary-excellence-to-be-celebrated-at-the-jamaica-food-and-drink-festival/)
