Gran Caribe Hotel Group is ready to receive the high tourist season with products and offers of higher quality for its customers. In Varadero, Cuba’s main holiday and leisure destination, the company hopes to present several novelties for that period.
One of the new openings will be the Mystique Casa Perla, a 10-room boutique hotel with which the Canadian company Blue Diamond, its manager, will introduce the Mystique brand in the Major of the Antilles.
Cristina León Iznaga, president of Gran Caribe, stated that it is a star product, and that “capital investment has not only allowed to rescue its heritage values, increase the presence of the Royal Service in Varadero, an option that the group only had to date in the Hotel Meliá Internacional”.
Dedicated to the Adults Only segment, Mystique Casa Perla will have reception and independent parking, private pool and restaurant, and butler service for all rooms. This property, former residence of the farmer Jesús Azqueta Aranguena, received the Gold Medal of Architecture Award in 1946, recognition given by the Governing Board of the National College of Architects.
Along with the completion of this building, Gran Caribe renews the Solymar and Palma Real hotels, and concludes significant improvements driven in the Starfish Cuatro Palmas.
Of the 54 hotels that the company has throughout Cuba, 14 operate in Varadero, a spa where the main capacity of housing load of this chain lies, including the hotel complexes Barceló SolyMar-Palma Real-Arenas Blancas, Puntarenas-Caleta, and Villa Cuba-Las Morlas.
With the application of the essential biosecurity protocols to prevent contagions of Sars-CoV-2, today they are providing services to national tourism Arenas Blancas, Iberostar Taíno, Meliá Internacional Varadero, Tortuga and Kawama, the latter in the day of celebrations for the 90 years it will be in October of this year.
