The business meetings at the 1st International Cuban Sports Fair are on their second day on Wednesday with the presentation of the Exportable Goods and Services Offers within the framework of the Business Forum of the Cuban Sports System. In addition, Cubadeportes S.A., a company attached to the Cuban Sports Institute (INDER), and Cuba’s state-owned record company EGREM will sign a cooperation agreement. The master lecture “The Sports Cluster as an International Platform for a Sports Tourism Destination,” by Spanish businessman Antonio González Fernández, representative of the Almería Sports Destination, will take place at Havana’s Ciudad Deportivo complex on Wednesday afternoon. Later, his colleague Juan Luis Navarro, of Lidera Consulting, will speak about Cuba’s potential to transform its resources in every projection to become the best reference and destination in the Americas for amateur and high-level sports tourism. The 1st International Cuban Sports Fair opened at Havana’s Ciudad Deportiva complex on Tuesday, with the participation of 123 companies from 13 countries.
