The Dominican Republic received 50,000 masks, 15,000 diagnostic reagents and four fans from the Chinese company Alibaba and the Jack Ma Foundation, was reported here this Saturday.
According to a press release from the Chinese embassy in the country, the shipment arrived the day before via DHL at the Airport of the Americas in this capital, where it was received by authorities from the Ministry of Public Health.
To date, it is the largest donation made by China to the Dominican Republic. Previously, Tsinghua University donated 1,000 reagents, Huawei Technologies computerized tomography solutions and Microport 50,000 masks to the National Health Service.
