The Tributo Collection is a luxurious range of limited editions created with the best reserves of aged rum to showcase the unparalleled mastery of the elaboration of Cuban rum.
First launched in 2016, each edition pays homage to art throughout the world. the process of creation, as well as the extensive knowledge of the Masters of Cuban Rum, who dedicate their lives to the craft and whose knowledge they have obtained recently protected as a UNESCO cultural heritage site
Havana Club Tributo 2023 Celebrates the Journey of Two Rum Reserves extraordinarily rare. The legacy of these reserves began more than 100 years ago. four decades, when the Masters of Havana Club, always eager to create exemplary expressions, set aside small quantities for a new Luxury offer in the world of high-end rum.
For this year’s edition, Maestro Asbel Morales, the visionary behind the Tributo series, returned to this spectacular base of inspiration. The first rum is born of a single limited lot aged for at least sixteen years in oak barrels. The second, aged for at least 23 years and whose very first gout dates back to 1978, bringing a wide range of aromas to the final blend.
The resulting rum is a pairing between these two bases, resulting in an Exceptional spirit. On the palate, a sweet entry of cane honey gives move on to deliciously rounded notes of dried fruit and spice, refined in a luxuriously long finale, which encapsulates the art of this expression.
Creating a Masterpiece
In a fitting homage to the mastery involved in its creation, Havana Club Tributo 2023 is presented in a luxurious wooden box, evoking the deep and bright amber tones of the rum. Both the bottle and the label are distinguishable for a vibrant, modern turquoise blue color combined with elegant touches copper, which combines quality and contemporary design. Each bottle is numbered and, for the first time, includes an indication of the age of the rum that make up the blend, as the maximum guarantee of quality.
Limited to just 2,500 bottles worldwide, Havana Club Tributo 2023 is bottled at 40% alcohol content and will be available in 16 international markets from November at an RRP of 450 euros. In the words of Maestro Morales, “it has been a great honor to elaborate this expression that pays homage to our unique rum traditions, passed down from generation upon generation.”
