JetBlue announced it transported over 1.7 million passengers to and from the Dominican Republic during the first half of 2025, solidifying its position as the leading airline in the country. By year-end, the airline expects to complete more than 26,000 flights and increase its capacity in the Dominican market by 3.5% compared to 2024.
Since beginning operations in the Dominican Republic in 2004, JetBlue has maintained a strong presence, combining reliable service with community engagement. The airline supports various initiatives, including its sponsorship of the Dominican Day Parade in New York, which celebrates Dominican heritage in the U.S.
JetBlue also partnered with the Boston Red Sox, its official team partner, to send young baseball players from New England to the Dominican Republic through the “Lindos Sueños” summer program, further demonstrating its commitment to cultural exchange and community development.
