Just in time for summer travel, Barbados Tourism Marketing (BTMI) has partnered with JetBlue Airways offering U.S. visitors special fares to the island for $109 each way.

In celebration of Caribbean Week and through June 8, 2025, JetBlue is offering flights from New York’s JFK International Airport to Barbados.

Peter Mayers, Director, USA, Barbados Tourism Marketing Inc., said in a statement, “We’re privileged to have JetBlue offer this exclusive fare sale to Barbados from JFK for summer travel. This is a peak period for the destination which also features Crop Over, the sweetest summer festival.  This fare sale reinforces the strong partnership between JetBlue and Barbados, a partnership that recently celebrated 15 years.”

He added, “I’m deeply grateful for their continued collaboration, especially during Caribbean Week, when the Caribbean community shines the brightest in NYC. Summer is an ideal time for travelers to visit and experience the warm heart of Barbados, from the island’s beaches to its food scene and rich culture. So, we encourage potential travelers to take advantage of this amazing deal and book their flights now for the ultimate sweet summer getaway.”

“Since 2009, JetBlue has proudly connected customers to the vibrant culture and warm hospitality of Barbados,” said David Jehn, vice president network plan and airline partnerships, JetBlue. “Our longstanding partnership with Barbados Tourism Marketing Inc. has been key to that success, and we remain committed to strengthening this relationship as we support the island’s tourism goals. Whether it’s a first-time visit or a return trip, travelers can count on JetBlue for comfort, value, and award-winning service.”

The fare sale launches today in New York City at Barbados’ pop-up event at Ulta Beauty on 34th Street (off 6th Avenue) in partnership with JetBlue and Fenty Beauty. JetBlue also offers service from Boston Logan International Airport to Barbados.

This one-day-only takeover event will take place from 2-6 p.m. ET, spotlighting the Crop Over festival, an immersive experience that includes live glam sessions inspired by Crop Over looks, Caribbean and Soca music by a world-class DJ, costumed dancers, and bold photo ops, bringing the essence of Barbados straight to New York.

Throughout the event, attendees will have the chance to win a JetBlue Travel Certificate for two to Barbados. Winners will be announced on the hour, every hour. To access these special fares, travelers need to book on the JetBlue website. (https://www.travelpulse.com/news/airlines-airports/barbados-and-jetblue-partner-for-caribbean-week)
