German airline CONDOR will be offering a direct flight connecting Frankfurt, Germany to San Jose, Costa Rica, starting October 2020, reinforcing Costa Rica as a destination and eliminating the stop in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
The route will operate Thursdays and Sundays in a Boeing 767-300 with capacity for 255 passengers, (18 in Business class, 35 in Premium and 202 in Coach). The plane will leave Frankfurt, Germany’s fifth largest city at 14:05 p.m. arriving to Costa Rica at 20:05 p.m. Two hours later it will fly out of the Juan Santamaria Airport arriving to Frankfurt (FRA) at 16:35 p.m.
The German market has been one of the biggest in growth for Costa Rica in the past years. From January through October the country accounted for 53373 arrivals of German citizens, which represents a growth of 11.6%i n the review of the prior year.
