Passengers with Frontier Airlines now can travel direct from Atlanta to Nassau, El Salvador, and Kingston.

American ultra-low-cost airline Frontier will now connect travelers from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, in Atlanta, Georgia direct to four new destinations in the Caribbean and Central America. Excitingly this makes Frontier the second-largest international carrier at the Georgia hub.

Growth at Atlanta

Becoming the second-largest international carrier at the Atlanta hub is being celebrated at Frontier, with the airline’s senior vice president of commercial, Daniel Shurz, commenting:

Recently being re-crowned the world’s busiest airport, again. Atlanta has seen a flurry of new routes and capacity post-pandemic, with announcements such as:

17 European destinations on offer from the airport next summer

    Delta’s South America focus

Delta’s double daily to Sao Paolo

South Africa is back on the map for Delta

Rebecca Francosky, Interim Airport Director of Air Service Development at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, commented on its continued growth:

Atlanta is the primary hub for Delta, operating a mind-boggling 1,000 daily departures to over 225 destinations, both domestically and internationally. The airport also is home to Delta’s global headquarters and Delta’s Technical Operations Center, its primary maintenance base.
