Cuba´s Public Health Ministry (MINSAP) on Thursday denied the fake news circulating on social networks on alleged new regulations for obtaining, processing and legalizing documents with international effect.
In an official press release, MINSAP cleared out that non-existent data is circulating on the media outlets referring to information alleged issued by MINSAP´s ‘Legal Department’.
‘There are no new regulations on processes for universities of medical sciences issued by MINSAP´s Legal Department,’ the statement said.
Likewise, the text pointed out that the legal framework for obtaining and legalizing documents that take effect abroad is set out by Agreement 7538 of 2014, of Cuba´s Council of Ministers, Resolution 276 of 2014, of MINSAP, and Resolution 48 of 2021, of Justice Minister.
‘These documents are also processed in coordination and conjunction with entities authorized by Justice Minister and along with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MINREX),’ the official statement detailed.
